Its almost Spring again and fading cooler weather is drawing us all outside for prolonged periods. Remember to limit your exposure to damaging UVA/UVB rays and apply liberal amounts of sunblock. When possible, layer with long sleeves or a hat for maximum protection from harmful UVA and UVB rays!
